Our software-based architecture allows us to remotely diagnose and resolve most issues over the internet or telephone. This significantly minimizes system downtime and the impact on department productivity. If the EchoBox requires service it can be sent directly to our Service Department for repair and exchange of a loaner via overnight courier within 24 hours.
Service Maintenance agreements are available for ongoing system maintenance, access to our help desk, software upgrades, and new advanced imaging processing capabilities.
